TI KAZ BREIZH, a new wooden house

Welcome to this charming new 50 m² single-storey wooden house, located in Cléder in Brittany.

You will enjoy a convenient and quiet location: the Super U 🛒 and the city center are within walking distance.

The house is only a 5-minute drive 🚗 from the magnificent beach of Amiets, famous for its fine sand and turquoise 🌊 water, one of the most beautiful beaches in North Finistère.

The house has a bright ☀️ living room, thanks to its large bay window that opens onto the terrace and the garden. You will find:

a comfortable 🛋️ living area

a new 🍽️ equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso ☕ coffee machine

🛏️ On the night side, the house can accommodate up to 4 people:

- a bedroom with a double bed 160 × 200 and dressing room

- a bedroom with two modular single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed) with dressing room.

🚿 Bathroom with shower and toilet.

🌿 Outside, enjoy a 550 m² garden with a furnished terrace:
