LOCATION: You’ll be located in the heart of Ohio City, Clevelands most up and coming neighborhood! This is the most trendy neighborhood where all all the locals go to hangout!

You'll be walking distance to award-winning restaurants, bars, and unique little shops!

Free parking is available in the driveway as well as the street.

Please note the fireplace you see in the photos is not a functional fireplace, it is only their for ascetics.

Surveillance cameras are on the exterior for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit to measure noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).

No Parties: People who live in this neighborhood have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, there will be ABSOLUTELY no partying, no loud noise, and no smoking inside the house.

At Hosts discretion, guests may be required to submit a photo ID and/or vehicle information for guest screening.

There is no commercial photography allowed.

We do not provide linens for the couch.

My family enjoyed a comfortable stay in this Ohio City home. Great location in a quiet neighorhood. The house was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, food staples. Very nice, thoughtful bathroom appointments: hand soap; TP; shampoo, conditioner, body wash; mirror; hair dryer. Coffee!! Comfortable beds with quality pillows and sheets --- in fact, after our stay I ordered the same sheets for my home! There are a few errors in the VRBO property description that I believe Eric will correct. Both Eric and Adriana were very pleasant to work with and anxious to please; exceptionally quick response to my questions and comments before, during, and after. Would book again!

Great Place

Great communication with host. He checked in with me to make sure everything was to our liking and that we got settled in ok. It was perfect for our night of sitting around the table and playing games/cards with friends. We also had a blast playing Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man. Close to the Westside Market area which was convenient. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
