I was only there for one night but it was a really nice stay. The room was very nice and updated. The staff at reception desk were so friendly and welcoming. Truly a nice experience. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Staff were very pleasant and willing to help. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Pillows were pretty flat, but I never asked for different ones. HVAC unit in the room worked well and was relatively quiet.

I loved this hotel. There are a lot of restaurant options close by and gas stations as well. The staff were very nice, and room was clean. The only drawbacks were that the lamp in our room didn’t work, and there was a leaky window in breakfast area that leaked during the morning rain and splashed us a little bit. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff, clean hotel, clean rooms, comfortable. Near some good food options. 25 mins from Cleveland Clinic which is why I stay here. Have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Highly recommended value priced hotel.

Started with a warm greeting, asked if we needed help with our bags, fast, easy check in. When there was an issue with the tv, someone came up immediately and fixed it. Room was clean and very comfortable. Overall great stay!

Staff was terrific! From front desk to breakfast server, all very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the facility appears to need updating. First room we were in the TV did not work, front desk attendant tried to fix, but could not. We changed rooms, TV worked, but temp in room was either too hot, or cold. Bed was worn and extremely uncomfortable. All in all staff was great, but facility not so great. Would not stay here again.
