This is a historic building which used to be a bank, they converted the historic offices into rooms, they did a horrible job of destroying the history with modern cheap vanities and style. Bathroom door didn’t lock, corners of the flooring dirty, ceiling chipping and falling down, the entrance into the hotel is filthy, low light and depressing, with valet guys looking at you like you did something wrong, the whole place smells like Indian food, breakfast is cheap, stairs going down to the breakfast room is filthy and disgusting. We paid $189 for a night, the price doesn’t make it bad, it is a shame of seeing a historic building being treated like garbage and for people that book the rooms to be shocked with the outcome. Truly depressing. And it is a shame that next door is marble room which is truly amazing. You will see homeless people and individuals that might rub you around this area. Not coming back to the state or downtown again.

Toilet leaked even after we called they came to “fix” it, water all over the floor. Weird smell in the hallway and by the soda machines there was dirt and dust and hair all over the floor from someone sweeping and then just leaving the dust pan and broom in there. The breakfast bar area nothing worked. Coffee machine, juice machine, pancake maker-all broken. Says valet is 40+ a night with in and out privileges but I got charged the 84 for 2 nights plus 10.99 and 31.00 when I took the car out twice.

Room had very high ceilings and was very private - Being such an old, sturdy building I didn't have to worry about my kids being too heavy footed or noisy. Overall the room was clean, but dated. I would've liked more seating in the living area as it was a larger space. On our last night there we were followed by a person from the bus stop outside right to our room and it was difficult to get a hold of the front desk and security. Breakfast was really good for complimentary hotel breakfast and the attendants were absolutely lovely.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in by far!!!! Check in was terrible as staff was rude and when we got to room not a king! Called down and she was so rude and not helpful until I was not giving in and she finally gave us our room we booked. Went to gel key and she looked away from me and held out key lol a cigarette! Room was old and terrible black mold all over bathroom ceiling and white curtains with brown film! Hallway reeked of weed! There for stepdaughter wedding! Only sleeping in hotel and put don’t disturb on for am and left room at 10:30am and turned off don’t disturb only to come back to not cleaned room! Weed stink again in hallway!!!

Average, but we weren't looking for fancy, so that's ok. This very old building used to be a large bank, and not much has been updated since. Everything feels not just old, but shoddy and in need of repair. The ice room had no ice machine and the vending machine only took dollar bills so we were forced to drink lukewarm tap water that tasted like a lead pipe. Our room was on old office, and had a large wooden floor that was dirty and sticky under our feet. The jet tub was an older model but the water stayed warm and the shower had good pressure. Free breakfast was a wasted trip downstairs as it looked very unappetizing.The hotel’s location was prime for us, and the price was right so we have no regrets overall.
They have a THIRTEENTH FLOOR!!!

Parking was not convenient but the people parking cars was great. Ver helpful had to walk a long ways to park then come back hoping our rental car was still there in the morning. The food was good, just the staff was a little slow at replacements. The view to our room was great, but many things damaged the jet tub only part of them worked. Some of the paint was chipped.
