"Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left"

"I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved! Definitely will go back when I can! It's my favorite hotel in the area."

"We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location it’s right in the center of everything, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
