This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great as well. Neighborhood was nice. Getting to & from Cleveland was super easy. I absolutely recommend and would stay again if in the area.
The house was clean, newly renovated, and as described. My only complaints were that the Wi-Fi was a challenge initially and that there weren’t many bath towels, but the host was really responsive and got things fixed on the Wi-Fi within the first hour.
We really enjoyed the comfort and fun this home had to offer!!
Beds were comfy and there was room for everyone !! The game room and hot tub were icing on the cake!!!
Home was clean, communication with host was great. Close to food, shopping, dining, etc. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to the Cleveland area.
This was a great house for my family of 5! It was centrally located in between downtown Cleveland and Cuyahoga National Park. We split our time between the two so it made it very convenient. The game room was a huge hit with the kids too.
This house is in a good location with short drives to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Cleveland and Lake Erie. Parma had a good number of restaurants and food stores. Our family made good use of the hot tub and game room.host was very receptive to ideas to make the house even better.
The game room was perfect for the kiddos. The hot tub was perfect for Mommy and daddy. There were three bedrooms to accommodate the family. It's in a decent location not too far from a really nice outdoor mall. We got exactly what we paid for and expected..
Property was as described ! Girls enjoyed the hot tub & we enjoyed the place! We hit Cedar Point one day & National Forest the next . Property was mid distance between both . Would recommend.
This property was very nice, had everything we needed and MORE. The house was really comfortable. We enjoyed the inside and the outside! If we ever want to go to Cleveland again we will definitely stay there!! TV'S in every bedroom. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Close to shopping and other fun activities.
There were 3 of us in our group. We were only in the Cleveland area for 1 night. This house was perfect for us. Near what we were doing. My son & grandson loved the hot tub as well as the arcade room. I appreciated the washer & dryer. Erin & Max were quick to communicate with me. I would stay here again when in the area.
We had a really nice time being halfway between the national park and Cleveland. It is important to note that there is no dining room table. We made due, but that was a little surprising to us. It's a little tight, but for the price and the location, I don't think you could ask for more. Arcade and hot tub were fun for the family.
This is a very nice property and the owner was awesome. Would definitely stay again with a large group. The two baths were great. The beds were comfy, with clean linens. Nice touches like black makeup towels, lamps, the hot tub, and the arcade. May be a midwestern thing but 3 Cleveland rentals and they don’t provide dish clothes or towels, and measuring cups, and dish soap, so be prepared to bring your own or go shopping. The hot tub was awesome with the little pergola. Nice yard and nice neighborhood.
House was within no more than 15 minutes of all the family attractions in Cleveland. We loved the arcade in the basement and used the hot every day, sometimes twice a day. Mattresses were comfortable. Communication was great. All that said, it was the details that stood out: soft sheets, quality blankets, comfortable pillows, heavyweight towels, quality TP and paper towels, etc. If we ever get a chance to vacation in Cleveland again, we will definitely try to book this house. Thanks for a great stay to Max and Courtney!!
Went to Cleveland to celebrate my granddaughter’s 9th birthday! The house had everything we needed to do so away from home! The kids enjoyed the game room. After a long day at the zoo the hot tub was a nice perk!
My only complaint is we got a noise ordinance text message when I was singing Ring Around the Rosie with our 4 year old guest at 9 pm at night! This place is in the middle of a suburb, 20 feet away from houses owned. So if you looking to party and be loud, this is not the place for you!
This was a cozy updated house, perfect for us and our 5 children, ages 11 through 22. The game room in the basement was amazing, and was the hangout for all of us, but especially the older children-the house is pretty soundproof! Pacman, NFL Blitz, Paperboy, what else could you ask for? The washer and dryer were a nice bonus too. The beds were very comfortable and there was a good option for all of the kids on where to sleep and get some privacy. Tv's in each bedroom was a bonus too. The kitchen was great, enough silverware and dishes for all of us. No complaints, owners were responsive as needed, we are hoping to stay here next year if we visit Cleveland again. 😀
Pros:
Tastefully remodeled
Arcade games and TVs are nice
Hot tub is large and comfy
Dog friendly
A++ communication
Cons:
House is smaller than it looks
Parma may or may not actually be the location you want
Gate to fenced yard will not secure your dog
No real indoor dining area
We had roughly 48 hours without internet due to the local provider and had to do more of our own troubleshooting than most people are likely comfortable with
Overall, it was a really nice stay. Considering all the above, I would recommend it, though I’m not sure it’s priced right when all the final fees are added in. Worked out to over redacted/night for a 3 night stay, which is just not a good value for this property in this location. (VRBO wouldn’t let me put the actually price there, but I VERY nearly could have bought a base iPhone 15 instead)
The property was clean, the basement and hot tub were great options and would be perfect for teenagers/kids. This property would be great in nice weather to be able to enjoy the backyard which does include a big outdoor table. Inside the house was smaller than expected, original listing had square feet at 10,000 but really it is less than 1,000. No kitchen table nor kitchen towels, rags/sponge nor dish soap. Towel holders in both bathrooms had been broken off. Got repeated automated messages about noise level. There was a tripping hazard in both entries from kitchen, definitely needs better marking or area rugs. Could also use Wi-Fi booster as TVs kept buffering.Overall, the location is very centrally located and would be perfect in warmer months. If you are confined to the house just go in with right expectations and supplies.
We really loved this property - the arcade and hot tub were a huge plus with our 6 teens! The house was very clean but lacked basic supplies that should have been available. There was 9 of us, the house is to fit 10 people max. While there was enough dishes for everyone, we were only supplied with 4 bath towels and 4 washcloths. We ended up having to go buy washcloths and most of us had to use our beach towels. The electric stove needs attention - the coils don't connect properly and I found that only the front right one works. Most fixtures were poorly attached to the walls - toilet paper holder, towel hooks in both bathrooms. It is a very nice house, just needs a little TLC to spruce it up a bit. The teens did enjoy the coffee maker with frother each morning! There is a charcoal grill that was nice to have as well as some yard games. Outdoor dining table with extra chairs was very nice with the nice weather. If you eat indoors, there is just a bar area set up in the living room. The neighbor next door did complain quite loudly and a lot about the owner (you) turning this into a "hotel" where people were going in and out and treating the property poorly. We definitely did NOT treat anything poorly. We abided to the quiet hours strictly as well. Overall we did really enjoy our time!
This is a fun place for adults (and kids). We loved the basement game room. We made homemade pizzas and played games with our adult children in the basement! They have these amazing chairs down there and a huge tv. Talk about entertainment!
We did go in the hot tub for about 10 minutes. The smell of mold was strong. I’ve washed my suit 3 times and can’t get it out. Going to do vinegar or bleach next.
If you have elderly people with you, be careful of the lip from kitchen to hallway and living room. We eventually got used to it! Also, the side door first step is huge. My MIL (76) almost face planted trying to go down. Luckily she caught herself. These are minor things. Just noting to be aware!
You have pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, except a dish rag and pot holders. LOVED that you have coffee making choices including a coffee pot, grinder and Keurig. We only saw the Keurig in the pics, so we only brought pods.
This location was the furthest we stayed from our kids and grandbabies, so we may not get to stay again, but it sure was fun and the back yard is beautifully landscaped as well! I highly recommend it, as it was comfy….beds were VERY comfortable as well!!!
The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and arcade room very much. We also loved the easy access to downtown Cleveland and other cool neighborhoods.
