Room dusty and dingy. Outdated decor. Outside grounds were unkempt. Lots of dirt and spiderwebs. . Lamp didn’t work because prong was broken. Desk clerk was friendly, but did not offer to replace lamp when notified. I would never stay here again. Never.

Everything was very nice and clean. The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool and hot tub was already closed for the season. I wish that would have been mentioned on the website when I booked. But that wasn’t a deal breaker. And I will definitely be staying there again

We had roaches in our room. We were also almost not able to check in because we had arrived late. It is not in their policy like the front desk Person had said it was. that once we do not show up by midnight we forfeit our room ??? when I had it booked the WHOLE WEEKEND FOR OVER A YEAR. Absolutely would not recommend to stay here. Rude associates and nasty rooms.

Front desk check in wasn’t welcoming. Once we opened our suite door, the smell of cigarettes hit us immediately. Floors are SO dirty and stained. Bathroom was not clean. Walls were dirty. The pool was not open.

Great service. Quite with no kids running around loudly. Booked here for the pool and it was closed. Also changed the booking for here because of the full oven and stove but our room only had 2 burners but did have a full sized fridge and microwave. Would book here again if needed.

The only thing I like is the size of the room and maybe the front desk staff. He's nice and professional. This is like a motor hotel, the door is facing the parking lot. The pool is closed and under renovation. The place is old and run down. The furnitures look like they were picked up from a dumpster. Totally NOT like in the pictures. Scratches and stains all over the cabinets and walls. The surrounding area looks shady and neglected. That's why this property is rated 6.6 in Expedia. This is the first time I'm trying a rating lower than 8. I learned my lesson. Good thing we're just staying for one night, just need a place to crash. Never again.

Where do I start? DIRTY!!!! Staff the DID NOT CARE! Manager who told me he could get rid of cigarettes smell with a spray! COME ON! Would not move my room for me even though I said I had allergies to the smoke .... I can't simply say enough how BAD this was

Condo like set up was good. Quite convenient studio. But was not as clean. The floors were sticky and there were some stains on the sofa and in the kitchen.

Terrible experience. Overbooked did not room we requested. 4 of us and they only provided 2 towels, no pillows for pull out couch and they wouldn't provide any. Toilet broken and told to use lobby restroom until next day when maintenance would be in. Staff had no sympathy just said they couldn't help us. Expected 4 adults to walk or drive during the night from a separate building to use the bathroom. Had to fight to get refund. Will never stay here again. Just horrible. Door in bathroom wouldn't close either. They wouldn't refund the first night even though we left at midnight for another hotel.

My stay here was short and has become a nightmare without accountability. I ended up leaving immediately after seeing my room. I knew right away there was going to be a problem when I saw a fan blowing on the floor - the place was unbearably hot due to a broken air conditioner, a major problem during the July heat. It also had a pervasive cigarette smoke smell. I was also concerned about my safety, as the window screens were bent back, and the bed was badly stained. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention, they did not offer me an alternative room. It was either stay in what they readily acknowledged was a subpar room, or pay to stay somewhere else. I took the latter option, but the hotel has not been forthcoming with my request for a refund, even though I did not and could not stay the night. Avoid at all costs, this place is terrible.

No breakfast which was disappointing. The rooms are in a circular format with several buildings, one is given a map to find your room. The interior was nice with a large fridge, tv, & mini kitchen.
