Our group enjoyed our stay and if in Cleveland, we would stay again. Meerkat Manor was clean, beautifully renovated and had plenty of space to accommodate our group of 8. We loved that every room had a king bed and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and ready to use and the washer/dryer was nice to have to be wash towels. The house was located away from downtown but was close enough that we could get anywhere we wanted with 10-15 minutes. Ryan's communication was great and he always immediately responded. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved it SO MUCH that we will make this our Cleveland go to spot. Ryan and his wife didn't just provide a nice place to stay, they've curated an experience that exceeded our expectations and left our entire group in awe. Not only did we get GREAT rest, we were comforted and.rejuvenated! This place was so aesthetically pleasing. All our senses were satisfied. Can't wait to come back!!

Comfortable beds and stocked kitchen, but not ideal for summer or toddlersThe house had some thoughtful features that made our stay easier, especially with young kids. The host was responsive and accommodating — they provided a pack and play and a toddler potty, which was very helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential tools and even some basic spices, which made cooking convenient. Each bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed, which was a big plus. The location was central and made driving to restaurants and attractions quick and easy.However, there were several downsides that would keep me from booking again — especially during the summer. The way the house is designed causes the entire upstairs to get extremely hot in the afternoon. Even with the AC set to the lowest allowed temp (72F), it took a long time to cool down and made sleeping uncomfortable.The house also has two staircases — one of which is very steep, narrow, and definitely not toddler-friendly. It was hard to use even for adults and felt unsafe with small children around.For the price (4500), the property could benefit from some basic updates. Many of the doors had issues with latches and handles. At one point, my sister-in-law got locked in the bathroom and couldn’t get out — thankfully she had her phone and was able to call for help. We had to physically manipulate the door handle to get it open.

The house is fantastic, all details have been thought through. Plenty of space, really clean, you can tell the owers have put much love into it. Ryan went way above and beyond the call of duty several times to accommodate every one of our needs...you won't go wrong staying here!

Spacious and Cozy home

This house is perfect for anyone who is visiting the Cleveland area. It's out of the way from the hustle and bustle but yet right around the corner, you can get to everything. The house is renovated and has everything you could possibly need and more. I believe they thought of everything! I love that there is a bedroom and bath downstairs with the living area. You can have a choice of where To sit and have your coffee because they have sitting/living rooms in several places on the main floor. This house accommodates a lot of people! Along with the master suite downstairs, there sre 5 bedrooms upstairs that are very spacious. One of the important things about renting a home, is communication and help from the sponsor/owner and I will have to say that Ryan was amazing! Everything I needed help with, he had an answer and if I messaged him, he immediately responded. We WILL be staying here again and we highly recommend this house to be your home away from home. Thank you again, Ryan. You are an awesome Host!

Better than the pictures

Amazing communication, hosts, home, family get-a-way (with some work in the area). This is a gem in Cleveland! Quiet, peaceful and hope to be able to stay again when we come to the area. Pictures of home are beautiful but the home & ambiance you just have to experience yourself.

Really cool house near Cleveland Clinic

This house is so cool - Just 2 of us, but so many beds and baths, great outside hot tub, location is awesome! Ryan, the owner was totally awesome - we had a question on hot tub, and he was right there to fix. Loved having washer/ dryer as well. We will definitely stay again. There was a pool table and Galaga machines, etc - We could use all as we had appointments. Oh, and an outside charcoal grill as well. The place is perfect for chilling in Cleveland, visiting the Cleveland Clinic and so close to downtown. We loved our time there. Thank you so much, Al and DAvid
