Great property

This is a lovely home. It's well set up as a VRBO. The linens are lovely, House was clean. Communication was excellent, We did have an issue with the snow removal for the unexpected storm, but once we identified the issue it was somewhat addressed. We would come back and stay again. Highly recommend.

Cleveland Heights stay

The property was great and was a great location near the event we were attending. My only complaint is with VRBO because I was not able to access my account and had to call VRBO to obtain the message Mark sent to me with check in instructions. I could not access any communication with Mark through my VRBO account which is still not fixed.

This house exceeded our expectations. Located in a safe, lovely neighborhood in Cleveland Heights, near Coventry Village, we enjoyed a fabulous reunion of dear friends since grade school.There is a Keurig coffee maker complete with a variety of coffee! The hard wood floors are sparkling clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body scrub in the shower. Comfortable mattresses! Beautiful architecture!The best VRBO home I’ve ever stayed in!
