Came to check in at 4:00pm was told the room wasnt clean yet. Asked how long the wait would be and the guy said "we have no way of knowing" I said, "so it could be 30 minutes or 2 hours or more???" He said again there is no way of knowing that. I used to work at a hotel. Try again, call your housekeepers....we ...

The room was clean, overall. The water pressure in the shower was low. The bathtub was very slow to drain. The skywalk was locked to the convention center in the morning, which was the only reason we stayed at that hotel, after being told it would be unlocked in the morning.

I suggest BIGGER numbers on the house so they can be seen. I drove around the block 3 times do to traffic. Eventually found it. The house was clean and very welcoming.
