Was not at all familiar with the area and didn’t know what to expect and we were very pleasantly surprised!The host was great at communicating, kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended the perfect spot right down the street to accommodate us for dinner! 「We picked the absolute best place to stay in Iowa for scouting for Bald Eagles. It was centrally located to all the places I wanted to go. The house is beautiful and spotless. All of the back of the house has views of the Mississippi river, which was stunning. The water was frozen over, but you could see ducks here and there and a couple of eagles as well.
