"Visiting for graduation. First, I would say the Customer service and attention given by front desk female agent and housekeeping was awesome. The male guest service agent needs some classes and observe how other agents provide great C.S. he's not friendly and lack basic C.S. The room we were given smelled of loud funky urine.
