"Amazing staff!! Close to everything"

"Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff downstairs, but at some point in the evening the hot water dispenser/ coffee maker would get shut off and they would pour me tepid water."

"Great location, walkable attractions, and incredible food, with excellent hospitality. My only complaint was a transportation issue that caused us to miss our first day of check-in. I was in contact with the hotel directly but received no response, so when we arrived, they gave up our room. This was eventually corrected, but I would like a credit for that day or a refund. Housekeeping was another issue— we didn’t see housekeeping until checkout, and towels and washcloths took hours to receive."
