Fabulous cottage for the 6 of us.

Fabulous cottage for the 6 of us. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was larger than photos suggested. Chickens pecking the door was fun and reminded us where we were. We had a very restful break and enjoyed our time in a well appointed cottage

We had a really comfortable week.

We had a really comfortable week. Owners were on hand most of the time, but not needed for help. (Great free-range eggs !). Heating a bit unusual, but worked well when you followed the instructions.Directions "On the right 50 yards after you leave the tarmac" worked well - you really know when you have left the tarmac ! But it is peaceful.

Perfect “away from it all” stay

The barn was spacious and brilliantly equipped. Set in the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside with great walks right outside the door. We hadn’t travelled far at all for this break away but truly felt we were “miles from home and everything that that entails”. We had a perfect 5 day break and will definitely be returning.

Even though the weather was not the best, we enjoyed the time together as a family.

Even though the weather was not the best, we enjoyed the time together as a family. From children ranging from 1-19 the barn had plenty of space and was a lovely environment for us all be together. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Thank you to Ray and Kathleen who were great hosts and helpful. Lovely people. Would recommend the barn strongly.
