「The resort fee of $60 a day was basically a cash grab because other than wifi you got nothing. My only negative on the hotel.」

「The rooms are all very good. However, breakfast is charged separately and is of very poor quality, not matching the price they ask for. 」

「There were some cleanliness issues: some towels looked like they had been dropped on floor, wash cloths had a hair on them, mildew on shower curtain liner. The floors were not clean. The hand soap was thinned out. There was a piece of gum stuck between the door trim and the strike plate of the bathroom door. We were asked to wash dishes at end of stay but there was no dish soap. 」

「The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.」

「This was a great place to stay! We had rooms in one of the cottages and it was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and staff excellent. Location was perfect for a short walk to downtown Napa. We will stay here again on our next trip to Napa!」

「This is a motel dressed up with a cute garden and plants to show it off in pics as being more. The rooms are spacious but mine smelled like cleaning solution trying to coverup something bad. The price point for its location and the fact that it’s basically a motel like any motel 6, is overpriced but still less than most lodging in the area. Gets points for the cute sitting garden and the effort to use greenery to beautify it.」
