“Thank you for provide us a clear, tidy & warmest room to us. Every small details are doing well for the traveler, I love the kitchen very much, it is very helpful to prepare various food. “Super cute little cottage with loads of character in a great location with cafes a pubs less than 5 minutes walk away.Absolutely fantastic customer service from Moxxi Property - somehow I left my iPad behind and they went absolutely above and beyond to return it to me which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay in this property again on my next trip to Launceston.”

“We were a family group plus friends. The property had ample space and everything we needed. We loved the location as well and would stay again.”

“Beautiful. It was quite cold when we got there but that fantastic wood fire heater had the whole house warm and cosy in no time at all. It snowed when we were there and since none of us had seen snow it was a really magical experience. Although there is a cluster of houses where this place is there was no one else there which made it very private. Will definitely return. ”

“Very comfortable and warm. Double glazed windows on the main road side of property. Clean and crisp decor. Bit of damage to furniture and limited seating in loungeroom with a 3 seater and single for a home that can accomodate larger numbers. Needs either gas hot water or larger HW cylinder as 1 shower and hot water was out. Inconvenient if you had 6 adults staying there. ”

“The Blake Manor is a surprise to us. Deloraine is just a stop for us from Cradle Mountain to Mount Field, but I was surprised by the beauty and peace of this town and the hotel Blake Manor. Btw, the bread fresh from oven was the best bread I ever had! ”

"Very old place with a strong smell of old carpet. It smells like living in an old car. Staff are offline after 6pm. They didn’t leave me a message for retrieving my room key after hours. Had me guessing the last four digits of my phone to as the passcode of getting the key from the lock box."
