Convenient to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (about a 15 minute drive), it had tons of space for us to hang out together, both inside and out, with each of us having our own private space to retreat to at the end of the evening. “Pool was refreshing, kids and adults enjoyed it. Covered patio dining table with ample seating for all our guests. Bar B Q worked like a charm. All outdoor games and indoor game room helped with keeping all entertained. Only issue we found was that AC unit in the game room was leaking condensate onto the cement floor, making it slippery. We placed an aluminum catch pan and had to empty it out every so often to keep it from over filling. Will definitely stay here again. House is nicely setup……

Listing says fits 16ppl, but we only counted 12 bed spots. Upon asking the host, she said there were air mattresses (there were not). There were paddings / cushions, but no bed sheet covers and only 2 spare blankets (which is not enough). Listing also says 2 bathrooms, fortunately there are 3. But we had turned people down……
