The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, perfect for resting after a day full of adventures. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. Don’t worry about the heat—all rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning.

Outside, at the end of the first terrace, you’ll find the laundry room on your left, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as cleaning supplies, chairs, and beach gear. Next to the laundry room is a full bathroom for the convenience of guests using the pool.

Coamo is known for its beautiful landscapes and warm climate year-round. In addition, you’ll be close to tourist attractions such as the famous Coamo hot springs and the picturesque village of Santa Isabel.

Our beautiful and cozy house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 1 bunk bed with 3 beds (1 full-size and 2 twin). The property also features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining room. We have a large outdoor terrace for everyone to enjoy, along with a barbecue area and our beautiful pool.

THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR.

You may experience power outages since Puerto Rico’s ESA infrastructure is quite fragile; this is an event beyond our control for which we do not offer any type of refund; however, you will find a battery-powered flashlight in case an inconvenience arises during the night; we also monitor the situation in case the outage turns out to be prolonged so that we can assist guests in any way we can. These outages can last for short periods or, at times, for longer periods, depending on the severity of the failure.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ** OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE ** To help you get your vacation off to a good start, we’ve included some disposable supplies, such as shower gel and shampoo for each bathroom, three trash bags, a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please keep in mind that we do not offer unlimited disposable supplies. We provide 1 bath towel per guest and at least 3 pool towels. Each bed is made with a fitted sheet, 1 blanket and/or comforter, and at least 1 pillow per bed; we do not provide additional blankets or sheets. It is your responsibility to review the amenities we provide and stock up on anything else you may need for your stay.

The property does not have an electric generator.

For the convenience of our guests, the property has solar panels and batteries; therefore, we recommend using energy responsibly so that, in the event of a power outage, you can enjoy the benefit and convenience of the batteries. If there is a service interruption, the property will run on batteries, and only the equipment we consider essential will function. If you do not use energy responsibly, the battery charge will run out sooner than expected, and you will be without service!!!

We do not provide gas for the BBQ. We recommend that before placing food on the grill, you make sure the tank is full. To help control pests, insects, and unpleasant odors caused by food and/or grease residue, we strongly request that you do not leave food, food scraps, or sweets outside the refrigerator; take out the trash to the designated area in front of the property (blue bins); and leave the grill and surrounding area clean (free of food and trash). Failure to do so will result in a charge of $75 to your account.

Because the house is located in a residential (non-tourist) neighborhood in a rural area (countryside
