Unprepossessing exterior more than made up for by the staff welcome and the clean and extremely comfortable rooms. We had not prebooked breakfast but the cost was very reasonable for a small but well cooked breakfast cooked to order.

We stayed in a room with the restaurant on top and every night after the restaurant shut down we could hear a ton of noises from them cleaning up for the night. We were right beside the elevator and a staff entrance (to smoke) so we were treated to loud noises in the early morning. After mentioning it to the front desk all they offered was a polite sorry

Very comfortable bed, clean room, and good shower. No A/C which wasn't ideal on hottest week of year, but thankfully we got sun on morning so room wasn't unbearable come evening. The stand out at this hotel is the staff. Really friendly and very helpful.

First time stay, property was not easy to find and the car park was not immediately apparent (a downstairs car park is available but you would not find this without directions). Reception not very well signed but once inside everything is very modern and the staff were great. Rooms are OK if a little on the small side. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower & usual tea & coffee making facilities. The food though is something else, very good portions and a good variety of options and prices are very good as well. I would use this hotel again if I am in the area.
