「Employee at check-in was super friendly. Quick check-in, too. Only one elevator. Room was ok. The beds were soooo small. Not really queen size at all, more like doubles. Carpet in room looked dirty simply because of the color, and it was actually dirty based on the bottoms of our socks. Mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in when we got there. Bathroom was big, towels were decent too. Breakfast room was crowded with truckers at 6:15- only annoying because Expedia touted this as a family hotel, but...

「The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We had to move rooms due to a toilet issue, and he was quick to get us into another room. The room was clean and had basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a small hair dryer, a small coffee maker, soap, and one cosmetic makeup wipe), including plenty of towels and washcloths. 「We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. 「Friendly staff, good water pressure, working tv, bigger than expected fridge, and quiet for being next to the I-95 highway. But the room we had was poorly lit so it was hard to know how clean the floor and bed spread were since we arrived late at night. The room also had a strange odor that compelled us to prop open the door to try to air it out. The water at the sink only ran hot (not even warm) so washing up was uncomfortable. We will not be returning.」

「Whole facility was very dirty. Room appeared to not be cleaned from last user. Dirty clothes from previous person left in room. Elevator not working so had to hike 8 bags up the stairs. Desk person had crying baby with her. After seeing the cleanliness of the facility we skipped the breakfast. Ac worked well. 」
