My experience with this motel was a disaster! Once we got to the location, we waited about make 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk. She seems confused and wasn’t paying attention at all . She made me sign a waiver for another room first and then get me to sign a second one since she made a mistake. We weren’t really any indication of anything we should be aware of. I was keeping an eye on the cost for a one night and I was extremely disappointed paying so much for a motel in Cobourg. I chatted with few friends and they were able to secure a good room for a lot cheaper. I asked the front desk if there is any price adjustment as she referred to get in touch with Expedia for that. My water was running slow, there was this stinky smell in my room, there was no body wash or Kleenex in the bathroom. In the morning , we woke up with next door banding their door, just unacceptable. I didn’t had the time to complaint since I drove 3 hours to come down for a wedding. I need a price adjustment/refund for this horrible experience. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, I have not experienced this before. Very costly for absolutely nothing. Please touch base with me for a discussion.
