The location was easy to access everywhere. Staff are nice and breakfast was good! Only the other customers are having beer outside, and it was really noisy even after midnight. I wish any staff noticed and tell them…. The room was a bit smaller than expected but overall it was good.

My experience with this motel was a disaster! Once we got to the location, we waited about make 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk. She seems confused and wasn’t paying attention at all . She made me sign a waiver for another room first and then get me to sign a second one since she made a mistake. We weren’t really any indication of anything we should be aware of. I was keeping an eye on the cost for a one night and I was extremely disappointed paying so much for a motel in Cobourg. I chatted with few friends and they were able to secure a good room for a lot cheaper. I asked the front desk if there is any price adjustment as she referred to get in touch with Expedia for that. My water was running slow, there was this stinky smell in my room, there was no body wash or Kleenex in the bathroom. In the morning , we woke up with next door banding their door, just unacceptable. I didn’t had the time to complaint since I drove 3 hours to come down for a wedding. I need a price adjustment/refund for this horrible experience. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, I have not experienced this before. Very costly for absolutely nothing. Please touch base with me for a discussion.

Unfortunately there are some times that the Guest Service Representative may need to be away from the desk for a few minutes, to check on something elsewhere in the hotel, or to help out another guest, or in this case she was putting away a food order of items that needed to get into the fridge. She made a mistake by accidentally picking up the registration card that was next to yours at first then realized her error and corrected the mistake while you were still at the desk. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued guest. As for your water running slow and a smell in the room, had you let us know we could have tried to either solve the issue or moved you to another room. And for no Kleenex, there should have been a box under the sink and I apologize if there was none there, but we do have more at the front desk, and could have brought some to you had we known. As for body wash, we don't carry that, we have the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, soaps and a lotion bottle for toiletries. Again, your satisfaction is important to us and if we are aware of any kind of issue we are more than happy to take care of it for you but are unable to if we don't know.We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.We hope for an opportunity to properly host you in the future.Sincerely,Yvonne BoyerFront Office Manager

J’ai choisi cet hébergement dans le cadre d’une visite pour un tournoi de hockey. Les installations sont un peu vétustes. La douche est mal fixé, la télécommande de la télé était hors fonction. Déjeuner typique des Comfort Inn. À la hauteur de mes attentes. Par contre, j’ai mal dormi suite à un atrouppement d’une vingtaine d’adultes dans le corridor qui ont fait bruit jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Je me serais attendu que la réception fasse respecter les règles de quiétude. J’ai été vraiment déçu de mon court séjour.

The bathroom, particularly the area near the faucet in the bathtub/shower, was gross. I’m not sure if it was mould, mildew or just soap scum and dirt but it was all around the faucet and was pretty revolting.

I entered a "sauna" my first day because the heat was set on high and left on for who knows how long. The archaic heating system is uncomfortable. I put it on low, then the room was too hot. I turned off the heat, then the room was too cold. The windows don't open. There was no way to control it for comfort. No shampoo conditioner was in the shower...I had to ask Front Desk to help. Housekeeping replaced towels after 3 days, but didn't replace bath mat nor leave me extra toilet paper. Again, I had to get Front Desk to help.

Mold all around bathroom celing. Heater that made noise like an idling dump truck and beds and pillows decades old. Also no housekeeping which is disgusting since hotels are now providing daily service
