"We had a confirmed reservation made through Expedia for 1 night (arrival on Jan 18, 2024). When we arrived at the property at around 6:00pm (local time) to check-in, we were denied access to the hotel. Instead, we were asked to leave the premises, because we questioned the 19 percent VAT surcharge the owner added to our bill from an earlier stay made a few days prior. He canceled our confirmed reseravtion on the spot in our presence! just because we had the audacity to question an illegal,...

"A wonderful place with beautiful landscapes! The service from all the staff was phenomenal—Javiera, the receptionist, Maria, the waitress, and the chefs, who cooked exquisite meals. Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!"

"Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights at Mallin. Belén and Roxana could not have been more helpful during our stay, booking in and organising for us our bucket list tours of Kayaking the Marble Caves and the Explorades Glacier Ice Walk. The companies that they used were first class. Belén is extremely knowledgeable and was such a gracious host. The walk at the back of the property has some of the best views around. The rooms are lovely and thoughtfully decorated and the property is about 50mins...
