Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.」

「This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. Very close to space center. The amenities provided by the owners were perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels everything was perfectly thought out. 「This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back!」

「We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!」

「We had a wonderful time at Stay where dolphins play. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins and manatee every day. We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The property owner was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.」

「This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

「The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」
