Close to the beach!

Clean with lots of outdoor space! Appreciated that they had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use!

Needs some love

Arrived late at night. Unable to access entry. Call to Vacasa. Opened lock box and obtained key. Shopped for groceries and back to the condo and key wouldn’t open the door. Second call to Vacasa. Keypad on other entry door with new code. Success. Unable to get either TV’s working. 3rd call at 11:30 pm. We were told someone would be coming the following day to get things working. It was Easter so I didn’t expect to see anyone. Mini blinds in both bedrooms with missing/broken slats. Tub not draining. My husband used the plunger to get it working but still not adequate. Towel bar loose and had been taped. Toilet paper holder falling apart. Wet coffee grounds in pot from whenever? I turned the place upside down and found the cable and hooked up the tv in the living room and found the correct remote control the following day and some batteries to get that working on day 4. So, as one figured out that no one showed up! I called about a missing hair dryer. The owner did order one and delivered the following day. Owner also offered to replace the blinds. I thought it best as it was day 5 not to impose on us and hopefully they will replace them along with everything else for future renters. Dirty and creaking boxspring in bedroom. Pillows thin. Now I will end with a positive note. The location is excellent. I have stayed at other units at this same complex and have been very comfortable and happy. With some TLC and better service this would also be a great place to stay.

Pretty alright

The location is great, just a short walk to private beach entrance. It was very clean. My only issue would be the quality of the things in the condo. The beds weren’t very comfortable and pretty small. Couldn’t get the Roku to work so we spent our entire trip without tv. Internet was touch and go. That being said it was a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Many amenities were provided, some just felt cheap. Also there is no hair dryer.

Great Location....

The place is pretty outdated but serves the purpose for being very close to the beach. Coin laundry was a pain because it's difficult to find a place to buy quarters. There was beach chairs and umbrella which was nice and prevented us from having to purchase. The televisions were difficult to work. The tub did not drain properly so when showering the bath tub filled up. However for the price point, it was good.

Checked all of the boxes.

Had all the conveniences of home. Would move the end tables in the 2nd bedroom to the main bedroom and have instructions for operating the range.

Tired condo near the beach

The best part of this place is it’s location. Within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and DG. Inside the condo is sad. The furniture is old, used and smells dirty. The TV is only 32 inches. The beds are covered with foam mattress toppers. Many repairs are needed, kitchen faucet is very loose, cabinets are peeling off the white covering, bathtub doesn’t drain while showering, large pantry is missing it’s doors. Toilet is old and noisy when flushing. The condo was not very clean, I removed sheets to wash them and found a pink tinged substance on the mattress pad and pillow covers. It washed out, not a stain! I could go on and on … I’m not really that picky but we paid a lot to stay there for 3 weeks and I would expect it to be better. The other condos there are updated and well cared for as well.

Nice condo near the beach

Our stay at this property was a nine out of ten wonderful! We had a few hiccups on arrival which were swiftly addressed. There was a problem with the heating and air unit. It also happened that it was a very cold night when we arrived and the thermostat read 64°. I made a call and we had a property manager there almost immediately. She got us two heaters for the night which kept us comfortable and the next day the unit was repaired. They took care of it seamlessly to our stay! Our whole trip was for rest and relaxation and we were afforded that at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, we had a great view of Kennedy Space Center and got to view a rocket launch from the beach while we were there. The area of beach where we were is not near hotels, so there weren’t as many people crowding the beach. It was easy just to find a spot and set up our chairs which were provided at the property. There was no need for me to pack any umbrellas, beach chairs, or sand toys, etc. All I brought were my own beach towels! There were two pay washer and dryers at the property located in an outdoor community laundry room. That was the only place I found that could have been a bit cleaner and I did have to go find quarters to do some laundry. But that was only minor. We enjoyed our stay and would not only stay there again, but recommend it to others.

July 2022 stay

Lovely little place with only a few minor issues. Private parking. Grounds well kept. Quiet neighborhood. 200-300 steps to the lovely, very private beach. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. There were a few issues that I spoke with a Vacasa representative about. She reassured me she would contact the local manager about them. I'm only listing them so that future vacationers will know. I'm not complaining. I would definitely stay here again! -knats were in the kitchen and bathroom drains. Looking back at other reviews, these have been an issue for a while. Dead knats were in the fridge. - the beds are ok for 1 person to sleep in. One mattress sinks to the middle with 2 people in it. The other squeaks terribly. I suggested updating the beds to king size and getting new mattresses. - the bathroom needs updated. Suggested new tub/ shower stall and a taller commode.

Great location/needs updates

This place was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Felt more like a private beach hardly any people around. It is in dire need of updates, the condo had an old musty smell when you walked in, the bathroom tub did not drain when showering, the wall around the bathroom window needs to replaced, the living room had paint chips on the wall, one of the bar chairs were broken. The knats were really bad inside. We ended up leaving 2 days early just to get out of that place.

Great location

This condo had all we needed for our family of 5. Location to the beach was great. Kitchen had most things we needed to cool dinner. Access to laundry was easy and worked great. Beds are kind of noisy, and two outlets in the one bedroom didn’t work, but other than that everything was perfect! Would definitely stay there again if we came to the area.

Building was older but very clean and enjoyable. Close proximity to a clean quiet beach.

We enjoyed it and will definitely be booking again. It was very reasonably priced and for a family vacation it was great!

This condo was perfect for us. We could easily walk to the beach, and we drove to Disney for 1 day. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Great place

This was the cleanest vrbo condo we have stayed at. Very accommodating and even gave a Valentine's gift. Perfect location. Convenient to the beach. I would stay here again but not more than 2 to 3 people. It was perfect for the three of us. The beds are small. Seems smaller than a full/double. We slept separate with child on floor. There are more positives than negatives. Love this place and so CLEAN. We would go back. The price is right for what we got! Thanks so much. Lovely stay!

Disappointed

The property is below par as a vacation destination. It gives the feeling of a place to put unused furniture or flee market finds. Nothing matched, one wall had visible water damage which was not patched. There was no character to the place. I felt it was cleaned sometime ago not freshly done. The stove top was greasy and the rack in the freezer was rusted. This is the first VRBO property that I have been disappointed in.

Convenient and charming

Had a great stay but had a couple of issues. No tv in the master, no curtains hung in the bedroom to block the extremely bright morning sun and the beds were so hard that we didn’t sleep and wake up rested.
