Pre cruise stay

Clean and met our needs. I was expecting a single unit dwelling based on the listing saying private residence. This was the center unit of a 3 unit building. But the space was private and cozy with a private back yard, just a shared driveway. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a great stay.

Great little layover before cruise

We stayed here 2 nights and then left for a cruise. The house was clean, cute, and exactly what we want in a rental. It honestly felt like I was staying at a family member's house. My only complaint was that the bathroom had a strong sewer smell. That may be the case with houses in FL in general but it was the only negative. If we go back, I will certainly stay here again.

Great location

We were so pleased with the location! It was so close to a private beach area, and they had sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and towels to use!! Close to a grocery store, Dollar General, mini golf, and ice cream store! The house was clean and host was easy to work with!

A Break from the Frozen North

Was Perfect!! Quiet neighborhood, clean and lovely decor. Gas grill for outdoor cooking and perfect if traveling with dogs. Definitly going back again,!!

Beach fun at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Three adults and 2 young children were very comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was small but clean and well equipped. Lots of hot water. Five minute walk to the beach. Great sand and water. We were able to see a launch. Hostess was very helpful at all times.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom, kitchen was poorly stocked, yard wasn’t mowed until Saturday before we left. Carpets badly stained. Good location; house was clean when we arrived.

Cute Property

Just as advertised. A few surprises were no local tv. You have to cast from a tablet or phone. No glassware. No towel rack in bathroom. Very basic property. Easy walk to the beach. Worked with Olivia on staying an extra day and a few dinner suggestions. She is wonderful!

Wonderful location close to the beach

If it were not for the freak winter storm, we would have had a lot more fun here. This place is perfect for families, with lots to do in the area, and most is in walking distance! Only issues we had were the bed mattresses (especially the guest room) sink in the middle, making it difficult to sleep when not centered. And, there was trash and filth under the beds and couches (my son dropped a few things that made their way to those areas and we were a little grossed out when we found an empty Pepsi can by the bed).

Great Location for Beach Goers

Property was as described. Small back patio and fenced backyard was cute and great for our dog. Little lizards gave our dog something to pay attention to in the back yard. Kitchen was well equipped, good and useful for our needs. Bedrooms were good and beds comfortable. Additional floor fans were great for someone like me who really likes fans blowing directly on them. Location was the best feature as you can easily walk to the beach. The worst feature was the extremely small bathroom with very weak water pressure. We could hardly rinse off in the shower. Overall, I’d recommend this location.

Great location

Stayed for a short weekend trip to visit Kennedy Space Center with my family and two dogs. I booked this rental strictly because it had a small backyard. The backyard had not been mowed in a long time. The weeds were very high and the gate was broken. There was a palm leaf that was being used to block the gate. Pros: Cute condo Short walk to the beach Quiet neighborhood Cons: Yard is a mess and was unusable

Quaint FL area

The area had everything we needed, it was close to the beach, food, shops, etc. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem and this was due to our lack of climate in Central FL, was the heat. Next time we will plan to come in May. The property manager was accessible and very helpful. It was a good experience except for the heat. lol

Cute ,Beach triplex

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Triplex unit. The verticals blinds are missing 1/3 of the slats. Bathroom sink is slow to drain. The kitchen didn’t have any papertowels or napkins. Overall rating is 4 stars.

Homey Stay

This home was perfect for all our needs. The owner was promptly responsive and assistive. Beach access was less than 2 blocks away which led us to a family friendly beach with plenty of space, rather calm waves, and a small free parking lot if needed. The pier and town entertainment was a little underwhelming, but great food & wide variety of stores. I definitely recommend for your next Cocoa Beach family trip!
