A very comfortable duplex with all the amenities, including a fenced backyard that our dog enjoyed. It’s an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. And the property manager is very responsive to any questions/requests.

This duplex was just what we wanted during our stay in Cocoa Beach. Very, clean, comfortable and cozy. Walkable to the beach and various restaurants and bars. If we ever head back to Cocoa Beach, we would first check to see if this place is available. Thank you we had a wonderful stay.

This house was perfect for our family of 4! Plenty of space for everyone. Did not use the game shed, but a great feature! They had everything for the beach- wagon, cooler, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards!! The neighborhood was close to many restaurants and a few blocks to the beach- be sure to go to the crosswalks by lights though. Great say, comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home located 2 blocks from the beach! Perfect place for a romantic getaway or a fun girls weekend. We appreciated the fenced yard and game room located in the back yard. Easy to walk to restaurants and local attractions. You will definitely enjoy your stay here! We will be back.

Amazing property only a couple blocks from the beach! Spacious and clean, it even has a play room outback! My family had a great stay and there were plenty of eatery options within walking distance. Communication with the host was super easy, in fact everything was super easy with no complications. If you are looking for a getaway where you can have a relaxing time for yourself, or family, I highly recommend staying at the Beach House!

Very well updated home in Cocoa Beach. We stayed with our teenage daughter, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including washer and dryer. We will not hesitate to come back again. Incredibly clean!

As some may know, there was a recent worldwide IT outage. I woke up on the morning of July 19th excited to get away from the worries of daily life with my wife to news that my flight to Florida had been canceled. We drove to the airport anyway to see if we could possibly get another flight and it was not possible because the outage had affected multiple airlines. According to VRBO policy, no refunds are possible on the day of check in, which I fully understand. Makes sense, if you decide to cancel the day of check in, they do not have enough time to find another person to fill the spot and they lose money. However, I made every effort to make it to Florida. I was prevented from going on vacation due to a technical outage that was entirely out of my control. Here is my primary complaint. Not necessarily that I was rejected for a full or partial refund (although it stings to know a good portion of my income has gone up in smoke), but that the co-host/property manager Cindy and whoever the owner of the property is, basically threw me to the wind after receiving my money. There was no closure or sympathy for the situation. I was ignored once I was informed that the owner would not consider the situation and decided to hide behind “VRBO cancellation policy,” as if I had irresponsibly canceled on the day of check in. 0/10 absolutely would not recommend. The property is beautiful (according to pictures) but the property management lacks a fundamental concern for their guests.

Modern, very clean, cozy vacation home. It really feels like home; with an access to the beach, literally two blocks away. My family and I will be back next year! I give this vacation home a 5+ stars.

This vrbo was in an excellent location close to many good restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed Coconuts on the Beach, Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster, 4th Street Filling Station, and Squid Lips! We also loved Brano’s Italian Grill! The vrbo was beautifully decorated with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, and flat screen tv’s in the living room and each bedroom. It was very clean and had plenty of nice, fluffy towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there!

Overall we had very nice stay in this house. Clean, well eqipped with an new looking kitchen, good beds and easy access to enter at arrival. Furniture are not a mix of somewhat -everything matches. Thumbs up!!
