「Communication with the host was great! We absolutely LOVED the location- we walked to have dinner & drinks several times, and you're so close to trails both north and south of Sedona. The amenities for this place, along with the views CANNOT be beat! The only thing I'd be aware of, is if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs in case people are staying on the 2nd floor. 「The owners were very communicative. Very easy check in. Nice little home. Great location if you aren’t wanting to stay in town. The couch did have a bunch of dog hair under the cushions which made us not want to sit on it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The family room was a super cool set up with fun activities.
