Welcome to your perfect Midtown CDA retreat! This newly renovated home combines contemporary style with cozy charm, offering a stylish haven in a prime location. Nestled in the heart of Coeur D'Aelne, you'll only be steps away from the best bars, trendy shops, and mouthwatering eateries that this vibrant area has to offer. This charming property offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for your vacation getaway. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area adorned with sleek finishes and rustic decor. The cozy living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, featuring ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Our property comes fully stocked with toilet paper, soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap) as well as bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped and is stocked with paper towels, coffee, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or head outside to the private patio for al fresco under the sun. The backyard is your own private oasis! The expansive layout is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a firepit where you can gather around and toast marshmallows and yard games for all ages to enjoy. Couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful,clean,freshly remodeled home with all the comfort of being at home or even better. Great location close to downtown and restaurants. Host has all top notch appliances,cutlery,linens etc. You will love this home. Wish we didn’t have to drive back to California now!

CDA was a new place for us and wow! it didn’t disappoint. The house was close to everything and walkable for almost everything we enjoyed. The house was wonderful for a small crowd and perfect for a getaway.

Quick getaway

Just my wife and I and our dog and it was fantastic. Place was clean and roomy great backyard and hot tub. Location was amazing we want to shopping and down to the lake as well as to dinners absolutely stay there again.

Golf Trip Hideaway

My brother, husband and I visited Coeur d'alene to play the resort's golf course. We stayed one night at the resort and then moved to the cutest Vrbro! Yours!! It was a beautiful updated roomy place. We enjoyed the "built for two" hottub after golfing. And loved that it was near the Safeway.Great trip.

Daddy / Daughter Week

Loved it. The canine "daughter" loved the secure yard too. Great little neighborhood to take walks in and easy walk to McEuen Park. Good wifi, solid amenties provided by the host. Things in the house were easy to find (dish soap, sponges, coffee, etc). Definitely will check if this house is available for any future trips to CDA / Post Falls area. Thank you so much!
