  • Our place is walking distance to the Resort, downtown shops/restaurants, Tubbs Hill, Lake Coeur d'Alene/Sanders Beach, McEuen Park & more! You’ll love our place because of the amazing access to all downtown Cda has to offer. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. Book a romantic getaway, and explore the natural surroundings or participate in a variety of community events. Enjoy winter recreation at its finest, unique holiday shopping, lake cruises, indoor water parks, special holiday festivities, live performing arts and more. Plus delight in a wide range of restaurants, a local winery and several local breweries. Don't forget the beautiful various Ski resorts which are anywhere from a 30 minute drive to a 90 minute drive from the Prime location of this home! As the weather starts to warm, it’s time to head outside. Take your pick from golfing, hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, or however else you like to play. Spring is a great time to plan a trip to Silver wood Theme Park. If you’re not ready to step outside, visit one of the area’s indoor water parks. Don’t miss the Downtown Art Walk, the Wine Extravaganza, the weekly Downtown Farmer’s Market, Live After 5, and Car d’Lane. This city was made for summer. This town hosts two separate Iron man events as well. Catch a round of golf while in season. Hoist a seasonal beverage at the Oktoberfest celebration. There couldn’t be a more perfect place to spend time this winter than Coeur d’Alene. With magical holiday celebrations such as "Journey to the North Pole" and the light celebration show cruise onto Lake Coeur d’Alene.

We were in town for a family event, the location was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and our dog loved the yard. After long days with family, the hot tub was exactly what was needed. We enjoyed the ability to sit in the yard and the porch for morning coffee and evening libations. The beds were comfortable and we headed to our homes well rested.

Location is perfect—we walked to downtown 4 different times. Easy walk—so nice having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. We never used the hot tub but how nice to have the option. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3-27-26 for 2 nights. This is a very cute old house with lots of character. They provide everything you'd need for cooking, coffee and bathing. The hot tub was great too. We had 5 people stay and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Would stay again if in the area. Easy location to find and a good location for walking downtown.

Amazing older house, great for a large group of 8 people. Owners gave great communication in a prompt timeframe on some questions we had. Very walkable to downtown(about 10min walk to the lake/downtown). Home has all you need to cook and eat or make some great coffee, plenty of room and a very nice ambiance. I would stay there again on my next trip to CDA. We only had a few issues: -Upstairs shower had a very slow drain and the downstairs shower doesn't have great pressure. -The hot tub is run on 110v power, which didn't keep it very hot once we got in. It was at 100f when we got in but quickly dropped to 94f and stayed there the rest of our time in the tub. It probably should be powered at 220v. -There were non-dimmable bulbs in the dining room light on a dimmer switch, probably should be switched out for dimmable softer white bulb. -The A/C does not blow well in the upstairs bedrooms but being an older home this is understandable, CDA isn't that hot usually and it cools off at night so not a huge issue for us during our stay.

Coeur d’Alene Hiawatha trail family trip.

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, beach and hiking trail. The beds were wonderful and we had a great stay.

Great Property! Walking distance to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was only one burner worked on the stove and the oven didn't work at all. But all in all it was a great property to stay at.

Birthday Getaway

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we were looking for a centralized place for our close friends and family to be able to stay and enjoy the downtown scene! The house was fantastic and was just a short walk to downtown for food and events! Would very much recommend this place for others and would love to come back again!

the upstairs beds,

Over all great stay, awesome location. There were hairs upon pulling back two of the upstairs beds and the hot tub did not hold a warm enough temp, hovered mid 90's, to enjoy with cooler outside temps.

Great historic home near the heart of the city

A beautiful historic home just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Four bedrooms made for plenty of privacy for our larger group. We loved walking to the bakery for coffee and breakfast before exploring the park and lake.

Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

Wonderful property

This was our first time in Coeur d’Alene and we had a wonderful time. The location of this property was perfect, within walking distance to everything we did. Nicole was wonderful in suggesting dinner spots. We will definitely be back!
