If you are looking for a budget Coffin Bay property, Currawong is perfect.

This simple home is set in a tranquil well established garden with many shady trees and lots of birdlife. The house has a comfortable, air-conditioned open plan living with lounge, dining and kitchen.
Features include:

Wonderful quiet, peaceful retreat
I was impressed with this quiet peaceful property with fenced garden making it nice and private. The house was clean and functional, with comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen had all the utensils that you would expect and lounge had some DVDs and games for entertainment. Would love to have had longer here. Will have to come back!
