Down stairs was filthy and smelled really bad of mould. Had to air out and buy and air freshener. One of the up stairs beds wasn’t made, they had just thrown a pile of linen on the bed. Some Dishes out of the kitchen cupboard hadn’t been washed, we had to wash them before use. It was like the property had been closed up for 12 months and no one had checked it / cleaned it or aired it out before use. Very disappointing considering how much we paid. We travel a lot and this is the first time I’ve been dissatisfied in the accommodation.
