Weekend visit with family

This was a wonderful property! The location was remote and peaceful, yet conveniently close to Grand Rapids for golf and hiking. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation. Plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors. We will definitely return!

Perfect Basecamp for Girls Weekend

Stayed here with a couple of friends. We loved the location and how spacious the house was. Already planning on a summer return trip to utilizes more of the seasonal amenities.

Quiet getaway close to Grand Rapids

I brought my daughters here for a long weekend & it was truly perfect! Beautiful property. Nice comfy beds with plenty of room. Nice firepit and great location. Definitely coming back

Fun Family Get Away

All my siblings came from various parts of the state and other states for my Mom's Birthday. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed to cook. Easy to get large family around table. Price was grea. Host very friendly and easy to work with. Super helpful. Scenic lake

The view of the lake was beautiful. The water was very clear and refreshing to swim in. There was enough space for 7 people comfortably in the house. The bike trails are close by and are a blast to ride.

Great place in Grand Rapids area

Came to Grand Rapids to curl for the weekend. The home and location were perfect. The host was able to respond quickly and everything was as advertised. Beautiful property and plenty of space! Thank you!

Time on the lake

The property was clean inside and out. We had to extend our stay several nights and having a fully stocked kitchen with multiple types of coffee makers made it extra comfortable. Our host was always available to answer any questions and even provided firewood for the custom fire pit outside.

Great experience

The house had everything we needed. My teens loved having the downstairs sleeping and game area where they could stay up and sleep in late without old people interfering. The lake was beautiful and we loved how quiet it was. We were glad to have come in August, I think it might be chilly earlier in the year but it was absolutely perfect for swimming. The host was super responsive to questions.

Family weekend

A couple of my lifelong friends came out with their families to Tioga base camp. The house was clean, yard was well maintained, and Breanna was super responsive when we had a pesky group of bees! Would recommend to everyone!

Celebrating 30 Years in Style

Our stay was wonderful! Would love to stay here in the summer. When we stay at a VRBO as a family, we love to do our own cooking. One suggestion would be to invest in some good cookware. The frying pans are well used and no matter what we made we had trouble with sticking.

Girls' weekend

The house was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful lake view, but disappointed that there was no easy access to the lakeshore. Property management was very prompt to respond to a minor issue. Overall one of our favorite rentals in 15 plus years.

Beautiful!!

My family and I are so grateful to have had a chance to stay at the Tioga Residence! Communication was great, house was clean and beautifully decorated, and the land was just exquisite! We went rafting, had fun at the beach, and enjoyed s'mores at the campfire. Thank you so much for the experience!

This was the perfect place to spend a weekend away from the cities. The owner was amazing to work with & very responsive. The reviews about the dropoff/the cliff just past the fire pit were accurate so we watched our 4&2yr old like hawks when outside. Overall it was a great space for a large family gathering, or moms weekend away!

Wonderful lake house!

What a great time we had at this wonderful house on the lake. We had our own little private beach and deck that was such a peaceful place. The home was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our requests. She made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this house. Thanks Breanna for taking such good care of us.

Nice, peaceful home on beautiful lake.

Home had very nice interior decor and had everything we needed. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The lake was incredible and we enjoyed using the beach area and paddle boards. We were looking for a place that allowed for outdoor activities and we found it. Close to great hiking and biking trails. Property owner was friendly and very responsive. We were very pleased with our visit and would like to return in the future.

Great experience

I can not say enough great things about the property and hostess. The house is very spacious with a great view. Beds were many and very comfortable. The hostess had everything provided to guarantee comfort and convenience. The personal touches and welcoming environment made our stay relaxing and restful. Even when the weather gave us an unexpected freeze, the hostess went out of her way to provide safety to the guest. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for relaxing home away from home!!
