The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was amazing very clean and certainly above what we expected. Tea and coffee, lots of towels, comfy bed, giant tv, plenty of pillows. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Could not fault anything.

Room was clean amd tidy would of been nice to have some biscuits with my tea. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The main reception area all of the glass mirros were filthy and windows and floor out side could do with a clean. Apart from that very nice and happy with the stay

A real surprise. Looks dated from the outside but looks are deceptive. Modern and nice feel and the public areas and rooms are spotless. Friendly staff and breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. Managed to use gym and pool aswell. Breakfast was really good and well presented. A little annoying you have to take the towel from your room to use at the pool. Parking is an additonal charge.

Ed Sheeran stop over

Had an amazing stay with my cousin to see Ed Sheeran. Arrived early and was able to use the leisure facilities while we waited for room to be available. Slept really well.
