Very pleasant stay. Rooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Could do with lifts and air-con, but they do tell you before you stay these aren't available.

The room was satisfactory, featuring a comfortable bed. However, the television was not operational as the remote control was not paired, preventing it from being turned on. The breakfast experience was disappointing on the first day but showed significant improvement on the second day.

We were surprised to be told that the kitchen was closed that evening due to an illness of the chef when our dinner reservation was accepted that afternoon by the receptionist. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bar, but the white wine was undrinkable. The continental breakfast was of a poor standard.

There was no toothpaste to purchase (my fault for forgetting), and the shower gel in the bathroom was empty. The room was incredibly hot and no air con in the rooms.

不滿：整潔度和設施服務
The front office staff was really helpful, cheerful and overall welcoming. That's the only good thing we experienced. The room was not very clean, the cups in the room were not very clean and the cups and plates at breakfast were visibly dirty. We hung the sign for the room to be cleaned and they only changed the towels, leaving everything else including the garbage in the room and the beds unmade.
