“It's one of the biggest family owned winery in Tasmania, we are just like living in a small village, i feed the chicken every morning, live is so relaxing... However, from the.entrance to the cottage, it takes you a 5 min drive in a rough road, so if you don't have a car, please don't come here or you needa walk for at least 30 min. FYI, Frogmore vineyard is just next door!!”

“Staying with Joe felt like staying with family in the nicest way. Communication was clear and friendly, everything was taken care of, and the room itself is exactly as listed. Joe was so lovely and warm, even invited me up for a drink and a chat. When he discovered I was a musician he was more than happy to lend me his guitar for the duration of the stay. This is the perfect home base to go out and explore the city from. Would 100% stay again.”

“We had a lovely time in Hobart. The house provided a great base for adventures in our hire car and a lovely retreat and resting place when we got tired. We were particularly impressed with the practical layout of the house with good sized rooms, bathrooms, the living space and bonus rumpus room. It was immaculately clean with a well equipped kitchen for self catering. There was good grocery shopping in walking distance and all the main local attractions were accessible in a short car ride. “This property was very clean and well stocked. Big enough to accommodate our family group of 3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children. Well located in a quiet suburb with two nearby shopping centres. Would highly recommend.”

The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.”

Very clean and well appointed with comfy furniture and all our kitchen, bathroom and laundry needs as well as herbs and vegies to add to our home cooking.
