Holiday home with pool and lake view in a quiet area in Lake Como, Colico.
The property is set on 2 levels, the ground floor comprises a living room with TV LCD SAT, free WI-FI, well equipped kitchen with induction and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, covered porch with table and chairs; on the first floor there is a double bedroom with covered terrace with lake view, twin bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower.
The property has a private pool 6x4mt (open from 10th May to Oktober 11th 2025), garden with sunloungers, barbecue to enjoy the pleasant summer time eating outside.
2 private external parking close to the entrance are available. The house has underfloor heating and cooling system.
Bed linen and towels are provided for free.
Extra to pay upon arrival:
Tourist Tax € 1,00/day/person from 16 years old from 01.01 to 31.12
Extra costs for final cleaning, electricity and water 150,00/stay
Heating only for winter: € 0,40/kwh

Tolle Unterkunft, hier passt Alles!

Sehr tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, grandioser Blick in die Landschaft, gepflegte Umgebung, schöne und komfortable Einrichtung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung. Gerne wieder!

Amazing

The property looks almost brand new and it is better the the pictures show. The house is so clean! I'm a very clean and organised person and can always find fault with the cleaning in holiday homes in the UK, however, I could not find fault with this holiday home, it was spotlessly clean, a credit to the owner! The location we loved and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The host Gaida was always there to answer any questions and we received a warm welcome on arrival with a baked cake, wine, and cold water. We loved every minute at Casa Elenora and the Ristorante Albergo Sci D'Oro is a must while staying here.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen blitzsauberen Haus mit toller Ausstattung und einer tollen Vermieterin, die sogar einen wunderbaren Kuchen gebacken hatte. Leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Dafür aber die deutschsprachige Verwalterin, die ebenso toll und zugewandt war. Auch war sie immer unproblematisch erreichbar. Sogar als wir wegen Erkrankung unserer Tochter später anreisen mussten, waren wir mit viel Verständnis immer in Kontakt. Vielen Dank für alles. Ein Wermutstropfen waren allerdings die Zusatzkosten, nämlich die Endreinigung, die nicht bei FeWo im Preis enthalten waren, was wir bis dato noch nie hatten bei einem nicht günstigen Preis.
