Tuscan Villa , Private Pool, Large Private park, A/C rooms, Electric Car Charger

Wonderful stone building situated in a peaceful position with a panoramic view over the famous medieval towers of San Gimignano. The villa, a typical Tuscan country house, has been restructured according to seismic legislation and carefully renovated keeping the original features and tastefully furnished with antique pieces and modern facilities (air conditioning, central heating, TV sat, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). A large private garden/park of over 12.000 m2 with olive, fruit, pine and oak trees which surrounds the house together with a beautiful swimming pool (5x10x1,40-1,70 mt. deep) are an irresistible invitation to enjoy the open air. Large indoor living area allow the guests great freedom to read, play music, cards, watch TV, paint or simply rest. The main living room opens onto a very large terrace well furnished, ideal for eating alfresco. For a complete privacy all the property and the pool are fenced, allowing the parents to fully relax knowing that children are safe.

The space
Guests have the exclusive use of a large private swimming pool, wooded park with olive trees all around for 10000 mq, two terracotta tiles terraces for 80 mq. Whole property is protected by fence and hedging. An additional pool fence and hedging guarantee increased privacy and kids safety. There is a covered veranda (20 m2) with access from the kitchen door.

Guest access
The house has its own exclusive entrance gate. In the back of the building there is a small flat which is a completely separated unit (separated access, entrance gate and garden) occupied by the owner's son (only one occupant), to whom guests can address for any need.

Interaction with guests
We highly value the privacy of our guest. According guests wishes, we are glad to be of assistance, including tips on local shopping and touristic amenities.

Other things to note
Several shopping centres,Museums , local shops, fitness centres are available in Colle Val D'Elsa, San Gimignano, Poggibonsi, which are little to medium size towns situated 5 to 15 minutes drive. At weekly open markets, it is possible to buy typical local food and clothing.

In addition, a security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival
Air condition to be paid according to consumption.
Recharging Electric Cars to be paid on consumption.
Pool is available from May to beginning of October, depending on the weather.
