「Francesco, our host, is so nice and welcoming. We had the beat stay and our room had the most fantastic view. Excellent breakfast, place was super clean and quiet. We highly recommend.」

「We have stayed at various places in Italy during our recent trip. This place was comfortable enough. Small rooms hut adequate. No breakfast but there are plenty of places to have breakfast locally My biggest problem was that they never mentioned that this location is Ina ZTL restricted area or ask for us to provide a license plate to register. 「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the first place」

「Personale molto gentile, l'appartamento era un po' datato, letto scomodo, le stoviglie date in dotazione non ben pulite, spazioso, posizione dell'appartamento in pieno centro a San Gimignano」

「Me and my girlfriend really did enjoy this property. Both host were very friendly and welcoming to us. We both did enjoy the feel at Home environment. We would definitely come back here on a future trip. Big shout out to the host for the wonderful cook meals. Great to know a bit about them as well.」

「Wonderful and friendly host Hamza went out of his way to be extremely helpful and welcoming to us. Can’t ask for a more convenient location in Siena and the room is impeccably clean! Highly recommend!」

「This is an older building located right next to Siena's Cathedral. Don't expect modern amenities, however the location made up for any such concerns. It is located in the historic center, with convenient access to all services and monuments.」
