3 bedroom 2 bath town home. Close to Texas A&M campus. Only 2 miles from Texas A& M campus down Welborne Rd. Sleeps 8 in beds. Fully furnished living room, kitchen and three bedrooms. Linens provided plenty of extra towels provided. Kitchen has place settings for up to 12 with seating at table for 6 with 2 bar stools. Close to all Texas A & M festivities. Come enjoy.

Great Stay with all needs met

The property is a quick step away from A&M campus. Very close to an H-E-B and a Dutch Bros coffee. There is plenty of room for families that are larger. This was our second stay at the property and it met all of our needs for the weekend. Definitely recommend.

Good Weekend Accommodations

This condo is a good place to stay for a short time in town. We had plenty of room and it is convenient to grocery, food and fields. We have stayed here before and will return again when we are back.

Perfect Location for Large Groups

Great property with ample parking for large groups. Spacious home with all the amenities to allow for a comfortable stay without having to purchase everything for a long weekend or lengthy stay. Perfect location for easy access to campus and all College Station activities. Well-cared for property that is kept clean, too.

We had a great experience. The place was in a really good area. It was a quiet area. The home was super clean and I loved that we had so much to use in the kitchen (well stocked). Definitely will book again when I come back to town.

Family Aggie Visit

7 family members, ages 10 through 79, stayed here while visiting our daughter at Aggieland for her Ring Day weekend. we were very comfortable and it accomadated us well. We would stay again.

Was the perfect place for our family during a soccer tournament. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Townhome was clean and many of the basic items were stocked (toilet paper, trash bags, ect).

Comfortable townhome in the southeast area of college station. We stayed for a weekend with our dog. Property manager responded quickly and addressed issues/questions. Recommend!

Home away from home in College Station

The condo was very clean and well appointed. We opted to prepare our own dinners and everything we needed was there. We even discovered some spices were there as well. All utilities worked great and we had no complaints.

Great place for a family to stay

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The only comment is the stove was a little dirty with the tin foil under the burners was not fresh and had grease stains from prior use. The pans need a little update. All appliances worked. AC was nice and cool. The location is excellent and property is quite and plenty of parking. Overall good stay.

Nice location close to A&M campus

Our family enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The place was very clean which we appreciate. I would recommend the exterior photos be updated to show that this property is not on the end but instead it's in between two properties. Also, the photo of the grill on the patio is not current. The actual grill there could use a good cleaning. But that said, we were pleased with our stay and love the jack-n-jill bathroom set up. Thanks!
