The property looks too old and has very little maintenance. There were cockroaches and ants in the room, the TV was not working, and we asked for help, but we received no help. The front desk was limited to talking. The breakfast facility was good for my family and me at this rate. The bathroom was comparatively nice with good hot water!

The smell in the room was horrible, furniture, paint very outdated! A little bit of paint goes a long way. Bed was comfortable or maybe we were just too tired to know any different! If I didn’t have any options and had to stay there again I would but not for the rate that was paid!

There was bugs in the bathroom the room smelt funky like urine the pool had a film of grime on it the filters weren’t working the pool was dirty the refrigerator was dirty it has a really convenient location though in the middle of town

Was in town for a ball game, and hotels were limited and expensive. You get what you pay for would be the kindest review I could offer. Tiles were bad, gaps under door, carpet needs replaced, and room is in desperate need of fresh paint. Service was kind, facility was lacking

Needed a room for 1 night close to an event. Room wasn't ready until close to 4pm. Updates badly needed, facility is run down. For the price, it was good enough for a shower, beds and air conditioning. Located off the main street so a lot of traffic. Luckily, we had a room in the back of the property so noise didn't bother us. Lots of restaurants nearby. Driveway could use repairs.

Forgive me, to be brutally, honest, the room was kind of Smelly like urine and the room was a bit beat up but other than that The room was adequate. I did not expect and I appreciate they came in and changed the linen and cleaned the room. It’s all good!

Very nice front desk staff, wonderful maintenance and housekeeping staff. The fridge was broken (literally) and the bathroom over head light was like in a haunted house. They replaced the fridge and repaired the light right away, and called me on my cellphone to make sure to get a verbal permission entering my room. The hotel is definitely need to be bulldozed down and build a new one. The stairs are tripping hazard with broken front edges and mattresses has so many stains and “orange “ color splashes on the edges (not just mine as I saw other mattresses like mine in other rooms), the tub is in horrible shape that I had to purchase tub liner to step in. There are no bugs under the mattresses and the bedding smelled freshly washed. (But I still purchased disposable bed liner to sleep in). For the price I paid, it is a hotel for me. Again, people who works in this hotel is A , but the hotel owner will need to be dragged out and public shamed to let the hotel sits in its physical condition.
