“The Motel was very quiet, located off the main road. Generally, the room was well appointed and bed comfortable. Overnight the outside Temp dropped to -3.8 degrees, but the heater coped very well and the room stayed warm. The receptionist was very helpful with advice for places for dinner. No problems staying again. ”

“I booked for 2 nights 20-21 Dec 2025 where I was in Room 16. I found the room & the entire facility to be very clean, well maintained & updated. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable bed (2 good sleeps rare for me), work desk, coffee table, SmartTV, quiet air con, storage space, massive shower, separate toilet, bench area in kitchen with cleaning detergent along with milk, tea, coffee & biscuits. The car park has ample room with parking at the door. The rooms are cleaned daily. The area……

“Nice people after I complained about the air freshener in the room as well that single women always get awful rooms. It is the same wherever you are. We wonen pay the same price and should be given the same as they do for men. The ladies in the establishment were very good and I was updated to as better room, which was great. I recommend this place and hope that women will stand up to get better accomodation than offered.”

“Room is so out dated its from the 70s. Carpet worn, airconditiong way outdated, cobwebs everywhere etc etc. Would not recommend staying there. The staff were very friendly but thats about it im afraid.”

“The property is well maintained, very cosy and welcoming. Host Chris is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our little dog was most welcome and I think she enjoyed having a yard to sniff around in and play ball. I would highly recommend this to other travelers with dogs. Easy walk into the town for coffee or dinner at the local pub.”
