Carpet badly in need of replacement. the whole property seems like it hasn't had much maintenance or money spent in years. Musty smell. smallest pillows i've ever seen in a hotel.

Is convenient and the beds are comfortable and it has a nice kitchenette. The customer service left a lot to be desired, and the whirlpool tub they charged a premium for did not work, and they were out of breakfast by 8:30 am. There was only one working ice machine, no vending machines, and the pool looked tiny and grimy. Just come and sleep and leave and it's great for that.

The front lobby smelled like weed. Garbage lined the hallway where our room was. The flooring was extremely dirty. Doors, doorframes, and walls were covered in dirt and handprints. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off and walk around the room. We found dog food on the floor in our room. If we were going to be there longer than 8 hours I never would have stayed but we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Even after taking a shower I still felt dirty. Very disappointing

The carpets, elevator, and pool area were dirty with debris on the floor and smudges on the windows and walls. The first room had no working light when you entered the room the second room had a bedside lamp with a burnt out bulb. The staff was accomodating when I requested a room change due to the light not working in my room. The room was clean. But, the office chair was unstable. The pool had a broken safety ring floating in it and the floor was dirty. The hotel did not feel cared for. I won't stay again.

Check in was fast and desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The swimming pool was clean and warm. Our air conditioning was effective and made our stay comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and we enjoyed a restful night. Breakfast was enjoyable and tasty.

Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places. The room had no wash cloths or hand towels only 2 bath towels. They really need to invest in some decent pillows, king bed with pillows about 15x10, tiny pillows. The room was inexpensive but I expected to at least have the basics.

I was in the parking lot waiting to check in and the police came to my car and asked me 20 questions and said a suspect was in the same car as me .. this is my 4 stay in the last couple of weeks and I felt harassed by the police

The entire 3rd floor smelled like weed and the shower did not have enough pressure to rinse our hair. I can not stress enough how horrible the shower was... With that said the room was clean and the evening front desk guy was very nice.

None of the major TV channels were working throughout the hotel. The WIFI was unreliable. The facility in general and the room were not well cleaned. The staff didn't know or couldn't fix the issues and basically shrugged off the matter. We left. We called Expedia in the moment for a refund but that was not allowed due to a non-refundable booking (which should not apply to a substandard 'product' which had a rating of 7).
