Too much paperwork - not sure why everything (WiFi keys, invoice etc) needs to be printed out. Not enough vegan options on the menu or the mini bar. No possibility to switch of the TV as it was in 24/7 standby mode, which is not environmentally friendly.

Das Hotel ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis viel zu teuer, selbst wenn es erfreulich ruhig gelegen ist und von moderner Aufmachung.

Zimmer und Service waren so, wie man es gern hat. Trotz der Feiertage (Weihnachten) war das Personal immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer ie immer bequem und gepflegt. Wir kommen „Alle Jahre wieder“

Falsche Rechnung - Unfreundlich - ungemütlich

Das ist Hotel ist sehr weit abseits gelegen und bietet in der näheren Umgebung leider keine Möglichkeiten zur Abendgestaltung. Die Bauweise ist sehr modern und kühl, die Zimmer sind geräumig und ungemütlich. Die angebotenen Bettwaren sind eher unterer Durchschnitt. Die Drinks an der Bar sind gut - das Personal dort ist freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist durchschnittlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist dagegen unfreundlich. Beim Check-Out wurde mir ein zu hoher Betrag in Rechnung gestellt - die Korrektur wurde widerwillig durchgeführt. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!

Wonderful staff and environment! Very helpful in showing us how to use the tram system to get to Dom and the markets. The breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. We forgot something in the closet and the staff has been very helpful in getting it returned. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again as well.

Nice employees, but I wouldn't come back.

Our reservations were not in the system but it was well handled by the employees. But overall, it was very noisy. I could hear everything which was going on the the rooms around me and in the hallway. Next to that, there were no power plugs at the bedside, and worst of all the internet did not work at all, for 2 days. As someone who is traveling for work, this is just essential.

The hotel could not find back the reservation of me and my 2 colleagues. Luckily, after quite a while, they were able to provide us with a room for 2 nights anyway, but it was a bit of a hassle. We did get some free drinks as a compensation however. Aside from this issue, the hotel is perfect for business trips, the restaurant is good, but the location is a bit far from the center. Overall good.

Sehr stylisch , hart und kalte Ausstattung. Das wandumfassende times square Foto wiederum sehr cool. Durchdachte Details, alles sehr solide. Sehr ruhig, am Wochenende, Spedition in der Nähe. Insgesamt gut, tolles , sehr kölsches Viertel, Zollstock! Ps. Sehr guter Chinese in der Nähe, yummy town

Really nice, clean and modern

Really nice, clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Only negatives were no aircon (large fan was in room) and although the WiFi connected, the internet wouldn't work (iOS). Overall good experience though, and we would stay again.
