I loved this hotel! The location is perfect - very close to the main train station and the breathtaking Cologne Cathedral. The spaces were clean and modern, and our room was beautiful and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. It's a great place to stay!

The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance to many of the attractions we wanted to see as well as the train station and shopping. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The layout of the the room was quite nice with a large bathroom and I always appreciate when there is no carpet as I find it is quite unsanitary with shoes and luggage. I would stay here again.

An ok visit

For a chain hotel it was fine. This we liked - close to the old town, clean, stayed before so knew where everything was Things which weren’t as good - only 1 or 2 reception staff available so always waited in a queue, had to ask 3 times for towels (only had one in our room), street was closed to the car park but staff unaware and so we updated reception on what the policemen told us….
