Wat een super fijn hotel! Als je alle mails volgt met inchecken dan gaat het super makkelijk. Ik heb een parkeerplaats naast het hotel geregeld. Helemaal fijn. Hotel is op loopafstand van de stad (circa 15 minuten). Hele fijne bedden, fijn kussen, ruime kamer, nette en grote badkamer. Overtrof mijn verwachtingen!

The room was very nice and clean, well prepared and it had very modern facilities. The shower was incredible, with two heads and amazing water pressure. There was an issue with checking in as the system had to be updated so we had to call support and wait a while but it was sorted very quickly. The noise outside the hotel was incredibly loud at night but that isn't the hotels fault.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal im Konzept Hotel übernachtet. Obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, wurde ich in ein Mehrbettzimmer mit Stockbetten untergebracht. Leider war vor Ort niemand verfügbar, der diesen Fehler beheben konnte. Darüber hinaus war es im Hotel bis etwa 3 Uhr nachts extrem laut, die Geräuschisolierung ist sehr schlecht. Da ich beruflich jede Woche in Köln bin und regelmäßig in verschiedenen Hotels übernachte, muss ich leider sagen, dass dies mit Abstand meine bislang negativste Hotelerfahrung war. Aus diesem Grund werde ich das Konzept Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen.

Really good value for money - the room was stylish, as was the bathroom, with a comfortable bed. I checked in online which made it easy to use the iPad to get my room key. I took advantage of the lockers to store my baggage as I arrived in the morning. It really wasn’t an issue having no staff

Location was good, all the rest was terrible. In particular, the soundproofing is really bad. For all night the people next to us were partying, drinking, shouting, shutting doors, singing, listening to loud music. They did not stop in their room but took all the noise in the corridor too, all night long. Clearly they were also drunk, so any attempt to speak to them was useless and with so many drunk people in the hotel, making noise at all hours, security for other guests is also a concern. The fact that there is no hotel personnel clearly does not help at all. I will certainly never book this hotel again in my life

Absolutely no frills here. We appreciated the breakfast cafe, and the communal spaces, especially with the rooms being so tiny. Rooms lacking basic amenities - like a table - shower somehow managed to soak the entire bathroom because of inadequate shower screen. Rickety bed. But main issue was noise. Paper thin walls meant everything was audible - including neighbours in room above.
