Bar was closed for 2 of 4 evenings and the Saturday breakfast service was overloaded (not enough staff to clear tables). Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Also had problems every day with the AirCon as my laptop blew the circuit breaker twice - had to move room and ended with no AC. Was given a bar voucher (except bar not open) Staff friendly, very clean and well located - but problem solving turned into problem explaining and not resolving. Will use again, but surprised for this typically good brand of hotel.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room poor, 1 x creamer 2x coffee sachet. They dont clean the room for your first 4days unless you ask which is fine but this also means no tea/coffee for those days unless you go and ask for more. The hotel location is not very central but is about 10min walk to restaurants. Food options at hotel very limited mostly snacks. Hotel quiet, slept well.

Ansonsten top!

The hotel and room were clean however location was not convenient to restaurants. We stayed during the heat wave so to be fair if the weather had been more pleasant the walk to find a place to eat wouldn't have been so arduous.
