Enjoy spectacular views across the Indian ocean and Colombo skyline high up in the ‘On Three 20’ residences. Situated in the beating heart of the city - Colombo Lights Apartment offers high spec, secure accommodation, with comprehensive facilities - an oasis of calm, high above the bustling city.
The Colombo Lights Apartment is a tastefully decorated, fully air conditioned modern suite consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), an open plan lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with spectacular views. Satellite TV and free WiFi are included.

Complimentary guest facilities at ‘On-Three-20’ include 3 outdoor swimming pools alongside a leisure garden, children’s play area, walking track and barbecue area. A fully equipped gym, squash and basketball court and games room available for guest use. Additional on-site facilities include private parking (on request), a convenience store, laundrette and two function rooms for hire. The complex has an on-site management and security teams. Access to the complex is restricted and monitored.

Central location , extremely clean apartment

The apartment is centrally located. Shopping , salons , supermarkets, restaurants are walking distance. The apartment is super clean and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped if one wants to cook. We were met on time by the Property Manager Mr Pahee and his wife. They also came to meet us prior to departure. The apartment is very clean . If you stay longer than a week , cleaning is provided and new linen is given. We had a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this unit.
