“If you want a fantastic island stay without tourists go here. Avoid the “West End”. That’s for Cruise ships and a Disney World vacation. George and Mable were most helpful. George took us for a day boat ride through the Mango swamps and we stopped at floating Tiki Bar for a coconut drink. The fresh ocean salt water pool was fantastic. ”

“3 families, 8 nights, March 2026House is 80 min from the airport. Last 2.5 miles is a dirt road with steep hills and potholes. Would recommend a 4WD vehicle. House and grounds are wonderful. Property feels extremely private. Many different outdoor seating areas with space to spread out. Clean and in good condition. Pool area was wonderful and where we spent much of our time. Bar area with a freezer and refrigerator by the pool which was convenient. Beach is not great for swimming but kids found……

“This was our second time staying at Villa con Vista and we will definitely be back! The property is beautiful and meticulously cared for. The pool, the beach, the deck, and the privacy of the property all made our stay that much more enjoyable. One morning we saw a ray swimming off the dock, which was really neat! The snorkeling at the reef off the dock is wonderful. It’s a bit of a walk through the sea grass to get to the reef but is totally worth it. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Amazing Spot! The Host thinks of everything and super nice. Octopus, Sea Urchins, & All sorts of fish right out the front door!! Highly recommend the experience of staying here and exploring the East Side of the island. Incredible fly fishing and guides as well!!”

“The host was very welcoming and helpful at the airport. Some of the amenities of the property were not provided; blow dryer, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Only 1 dish towel was provided, along with only 1 roll of paper towels.The electrical bill was a little more than expected. We didn’t turn air conditioning on, but found one of the upstairs bedroom had an air conditioner running. Bugs were prevalent even though we cleaned constantly. On a bright note, Ty-Ty was always available and……

“Beautiful location and property! If you are looking for privacy in a secluded ocean front property with amazing views and snorkeling right out your front door, this is the place for you! Although I was a bit caught by surprise that there wasn't any road access to the house (my fault for not reading carefully) we wanted for nothing while we were there. Renee and the grounds man Carlos were extremely accommodating to our needs and wants. Carlos went the extra mile for me when I had a horrible……
