“I did not have a great experience with this Hotel. There were someone else’s hairs all over the toilet (gross!) and a different hairs on the bathroom floor near the shower. The super cheap showerhead broke off so I couldn’t take a shower, maintenance came and also couldn’t fix it.
I asked a few days before my stay if I could push my reservation forward a day and not only did they refuse to shift my reservation, but it was a struggle to get them to allow me to stay the second (that I paid for!!)……
