「The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather.」

「My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. 」
